Halloween Inspirations

Mini skull cakes made with the cake pan in the shot below.
Mini skull cake pan from Williams-Sonoma
A string of cute Halloween lights from Pottery Barn.

Staub pot from Williams Sonoma

Black tabletop chandelier found on Pier 1.
This mask I found at Pier 1 on-line and
I have been looking for a matching mask
that I got from a boutique a while back
that Mr. COS is modeling in the next shot.
Nice match, don't you think and it's 13.95.
Mr. COS modeling Halloween mask purchased last year.
This is a better shot of the mask.
When I post this it will still be over six weeks till Halloween but all
the shops are brimming with merchandise now.
I found this on Nordstrom's website for $8.00
It's a head band. I might have to get this for me. If
I do purchase this I will take a pic and post it of me
wearing it.
This was on Nordstrom's site as well ($20.00).
It has a double meaning for bloggers. Get it?

Another Birthday

I had another birthday this week. I celebrated quietly at home with my family.
This splendid concoction pictured here is a green tea cake. Do you see the tiny spent candle
on it? By the way this was delicious and prepared by a Parisian themed bakery.
Beautifully decorated table by my daughter.

Some delicious rum punch to go with the summer weather.
Here is a picture of the cake with some green tea ice cream. Delish!

Sunflowers for the table.

And this is what I wore to celebrate being
one year older. By Johnny Was.
