More Spring Inspiration

I've missed my roses so much, They haven't bloomed for months. They are in full
bloom this month. I lost my 'Secret' rose. I will be replacing it but not for awhile.
This rose bloom has a bee nestled inside of it and I tried to get a shot of it
but it was too fast for me.

This is my 'Sentimental' rose and it is a beauty. It doesn't bloom as much as my other rose plants.

It gets delicious red shades in the blooms.

My pink rose and the name of it is a mystery to me.

'Sentimental' looking shabby chic.

If you get to a Sur La Table store or their on-line site you might see these Paris inspired
ceramic pieces. This can get you to thinking about a Spring or Summer trip to Paris.

Paper plates with Paris in mind.

Roses and Paris... romanticism at its peak, huh. I still miss my old home - Paris - so much that I try to stay clear of all reminders of it. Just a personal thing. But Paris is a worldwide idea, a dream, a concept. Actually, we can all have our own Paris in our dreams and happy places. and then it'll be better than the real thing, and always accessible, too.

Good morning Susan! Seeing your roses this morning is a gift to me. We now have rain and that is a GOOD sign. Though I don't have roses, I do look forward to seeing them here by Lake Harriet; there is the most spectacular public rose garden and when you walk through it, you are taken back by not only the beauty, but the perfume of it. I will look to see if there is a Sentimental Rose bush there! Lovely photos as always my friend, Anita

I love the pink roses, Susan. Finally Spring is here and everyone can soak up the warmer weather. I am headed to the gardening centre and no doubt will spend too much.
Nothing better than Paris in the Spring!
Lovely photography.
