Beverly Center in Los Angeles

This is a jeweled phone from the boutique Bijou Tresor

I was at  the Beverly Center in Los Angeles on Sunday October 13 with
my daughter and grand-daughter and I found some  things to
share with you.

This is inside Bijou Tresor. Beautiful faux jewels.

This gorgeous chandelier is in the Image boutique located
outside of Bloomingdale's.

My daughter and I shopped inside Bloomingdale's and found
they were celebrating 50 years of the Beatles with a sale
of Beatles memorabilia.

HELP umbrella part of Beatles items for sale.

We were at the Center for my grand-daughter and her two friends for a meet and greet
with a group made famous on Youtube. The event was held at The Wet Seal.

This is a photo of the guys in the group, the Janoskians from Australia.

This is a photo of part of the huge crowd of hundreds of teens that were there
for the meet and greet.

My grand-daughter is somewhere in this group.

Glitterfest

Last weekend I attended the Glitterfest which was held in Anaheim, California.
It spotlights original designers and crafts. I liked this designer for her
originality and beautiful color. You can use these for hats, jewelry
and ornaments.

Original jewelry designs.

Halloween decorations.

 Parisian themed charms and ornaments.

I wish I were.

Some old favorites like Rita from Mammabellarte

Hand made crocheted hats.

These earrings caught my eye and I bought them.

Lots of signs

Halloween cookies, candy and cake pops

Three food trucks out front including this gourmet coffee truck.

This was the adorable hand stamp for re-entry. The next
Glitterfest is March 15, 2014.

I took this shot at the 2011 Fall Glitterfest.
I saw these pumpkins there this year and at NM for sale
and online.

Pumpkin Carving 101

I had foot surgery this week so I was not cruisin' around. Mr. COS gave me a
pumpkin carving lesson.

He drew his design on the pumpkin with a pencil.

He cut out the design on the pumpkin with a sharp paring knife.

Viola! We call it 'Scaredy' face.

Here it is all lit up with a candle inside.

This is 'Love Sick' from 2011.

This is Happy Face' from 2012.

I jazzed it up a bit.
'Scaredy' face looks like it's singing in the Halloween choir.

Halloween At Disneyland

I visited Disneyland this week. It was all decked out for Halloween.

Lamp posts decorated for Halloween.

One of my favorite sites on Main Street.

Every shop is covered in orange and pumpkins.

Disney animal print flats. Do you see the little castles
inside?

Monsters' eyes cake pops in the Main Street candy store.

Faux eye candy on Main Street.

Side view of the Haunted Mansion.

Even the shrubbery is decorated for the season.

If you're ever at Disneyland be sure to take a ride on the
steam trains.

You'll get to see beautiful views of the grand canyon
as well as other magnificent sites.

You may get to ride on a caboose or the Lillybelle.

Photo of the Matterhorn taken from the steam train ride.

You will meet friendly conductors like this one
who was conductor of year in 2010. He told
us "not to feed the animals" on the ride because
"We keep them stuffed". Ha Ha

I found this delicious sugar cookie at the corner bakery.

Do you think I would leave Disneyland without a shot of these beautiful chandeliers
in a shop on Main Street?

I found this long sleeved tee at Walmart.
