Fall Dressing

From what I've seen of the fall collections they are looking
very drab to me. I picked some things today that
are cheerful. Just because it's fall doesn't mean we
have to hide in/under mushroom(dark) colors.

I love these short little dresses. Zac Posen.
The fashion insiders are saying that red is the
new neutral for fall. Is this hype or what? Let me
examine this. In my Webster's Dictionary neutral
is 'having little or no decided color'. I'm coming down
on the side of hype.

This is called rocker chic style and is a trend for fall. Belstaff (British designer).
I would wear this with fishnet stockings (to a Beatles cover band
concert).

I love a beautiful shoe.Givenchy

This is to wear in the last days of summer. By Johnny Was.

Good morning Susan! Oh dear, FALL fashions already? We still in July, even if it's the 27th! It's all hype, but the fashions ARE SENSATIONAL anyway!

Have a super day, Anita

I am loving every one of those fall fashions but I'm horrified at the thought of summer being over, lol.

I'll take the last one please. It's perfect!

Did you actually say that four letter "F" word, f-a-l-l??? haha! I used to love the time of year for sweaters and blazers and cozy wool. I still would if it turned to spring again right after. But it does come fast doesn't it? Pretty dresses!

Hi Susan! Thank you for coming to visit my California memory. The sun shines differently there than most places, but where I live now and for some interesting reason, the sun shines in the same way. ENJOY THIS DAY! Anita

I agree with that!!! I love bright colors no matter the season anyway. You know what upsets me the most?...When you get a certain age, the clothes they have are only fit for the young. I may be 62,but I am a cool 62.And refuse to wear pant suits, Not that anything is wrong with that, but not all the time.
May God Bless,
Marie Antoinette

Susan! Thank you for you fun comments to me, in my frail conditions. I am tired of being in bed and want to be with my blog buddies now. I'm feeling better. If I'm not, I'll say so. hahahaha

These dresses are all so beautiful, esp the first blue, one shoulder gown = magnificent! Do come back often! ♥
