My First Rose Of Spring

This is the first rose (Leonidas) to bloom in my garden this year.

I don't touch up the photos of my roses. I want you to see them as I see them.

Look at the exquisite colors of this rose.

These came later in a few days:

Happy Spring!

It must feel so good that the warm weather is on the horizon, we are hanging on but it is cooler morning and night. Your roses are some of the prettiest I have ever seen. The camellia is lovely as well.

WOW! Do I need a whiff of roses right now! WE GOT SNOW YESTERDAY! But it did not last. Susan, your photos are just exquisite and you capture the colors just beautifully! I am aching to plant a climbing rose vine: William Baffin. These come in either a hot or light pink and bloom constantly all summer. But my husband is concerned about the thorns.

Enjoy each day in your blooming garden! Anita
