Summer Redos Review

My summer projects started with this itty, bitty

shabby chic chandelier in my laundry room.

 

 

Then I did over the master bed  all in white from Target

with a  touch of color from Rachel Ashwell's Shabby

 Chic shams.

 

 

I continued in a guest bedroom and added  round

pillows from Rachel's line at Target. 

 

  

 

 

I finished the look in the same room 

with balloon drapes from Rachel's line.

Also, from Target.

 

 

My summer projects ended with my birthday week.

 I ended the celebration of my birthday here

for dinner at Muldoon's Irish Pub with great food.

Our favorite restaurant in Newport Beach,

California. I hope this green door will suffice

for Fiona's Green Day.

Good-Bye Summer Roses

A Look At Fall Fashion Glamour

I went back to Anthropologie, Kate Spade

and a walk thru Neiman Marcus this week.

These beautiful pendant lamps are at

Kate Spade.

 

Neiman Marcus had some lovely gowns 

 on display. I like this shade of green.

 

 

 I liked this black and white gown.

 

Is this a little fall fashion 'goth'?

My Birthday Week

                                                        It was my birthday this week.
                                                      Some pics from my celebrating.

It started with lunch in Newport Beach, California.

With two of my favorite people. My grand-daughter with one of her favorites.

Shopping at Anthropolgie.

"Man Shops Globe" is back on Sundance Channel.

Albeit with repeats. It's about a buyer for Anthropologie

traveling around the world shopping for handmade

products for their stores. Dish doesn't carry the Sundance

Channel.

Glasses that I love at Anthropologie.

Shopping at my Garden Center. I bought one of these beautiful

pots for my garden.

Some green for Fiona's Green Day. The beautiful tree to the right is $149.00.

I had to pass on it.

I couldn't resist this beauty at the Garden Center.

I snapped a pic of this tree while waiting for my hubby to have

his hair cut and was struck with the idea that this looks

like it  would be a really bad hair day. As a tree it is very

lovely.

And here is said hubby after his haircut at my birthday

dinner. I shouldn't mention his age but he's old

enough to have a full head of gray hair and

 he doesn't. He doesn't color it either.
