In The Gardens Of My Neighbors

Some favorites of mine from my friends' and neighbors' gardens and

 yards. I mentioned how hard it was for me to photograph white roses.

 I tried here. These are from a neighbor's garden. Sorry, I don't know

the name of the rose. I see these growning in many gardens here. I was

 lucky to be walking by and take these photos of these beautiful roses.

Isn't mother nature wonderful when she grows a natural bouquet like this?

When I took these white rose photos it was 90 degrees with some humidity and sweat

was pouring down my face. The rose photos turned out because they were

 in the shade of trees.

These are itsy bitsy flowers that I blew up many times their original size. I thought they were sweet.

Pulmerias are popular to grow here. If it doesn't freeze they thrive and if it does

 they always seem to come back to life.

Decorating With Animal Print

             Do you decorate with animal print? Off the top of my head I would say, no, not me. Looking
              around my home I found these images and I have to say maybe I do. What do you think of
                              animal print? Not for you or do you find it fun and whimsical?

These goblets replaced the animal print wine glasses. Could only find four

at Home Goods.

Decorating your I-phone with animal print.

Double animal print. The small animal print rug is in my

master bath. Flip flops from Nordstrom, rug from NM.

The shoes (Taryn Rose) I wore for the Annual Love Fest were

gifted to me. My nail polish is O.P.I.'s 'Japanese Rose Garden'.

I've worn this outfit a lot this year going from winter to spring. The

bra is from Barenecessities.com, the pants from Nordstrom by sejour,

and the shoes are Taryn Rose. The short-sleeved turtleneck has been 

around too long to remember.

The Others At The Sherman Gardens

These are photos of the other plants and flowers besides the roses at

the Sherman Gardens.

I think this is the 'Casablanca' lily. I was told this is Donna Karan's

favorite flower.

Vintage Mirror

This mirror is in my master. I haven't  photographed

it before because it has problems. It's vintage and

the mirror itself has damage. Lamp is from Pottery Barn.

I bought the print and frame from a friend, who also

made the frame.Covered box from Rachel Ashwell's

boutique.

Someone tried to repair the left side of the mirror. I bought this at

Country Roads Antiques in Orange, California.

I framed Christie's card that I bought from her booth at the
