Adding To The Shabby Chic Garden

As summer comes to an end, I have some more suggestions for a Shabby Chic garden.

Lace and ruffles

Soft pinks and white

Vintage pinks

Ruffles

A touch of lavender

And of course, roses. Anything you would add?
These were all taken at my garden center.

What gorgeous pictures, they remind me of the ones in my Grandmother's garden, so pretty, soft and sweet. I've been away lately getting ready for our family reunion, assisting with the cookbook, and thousands of family photos...it's so nice to be back and enjoy catching up on all the wonderful posts, such as yours. Thank you so much for stopping by. I hope you have a wonderful week ahead. Doesn't feel as though summer is coming to an end here in Florida...still warm...but we know it's right around the corner. Take care.

My favourites are gardenias! Not sure they're great summer flowers or sun flowers but they smell like heaven!

Gardenias and stargazer lillies! You have some amazing picks! And as for my closet; most of the pieces I have, and a couple of the pieces I'm lusting after.

Pretty pinks and all the different flowers are lovely. I wonder which one came home with you.

I was standing on my deck yesterday watching all the plants in bud and it occured to me all the plantings produce white flowers. Arum lilys, gardenias and white magnolias....can't remember if I meant to plant for a white garden but there you are!!!!!

I always love your flower porn:) Such soft colors! I think peonies are always the perfect flower (although it is the wrong time of year). Still, very necessary:)

These are so pretty! I would live a shabby garden filled with whites and pinks, maybe one day when my thumb is a bit more green. :)
